Use of facilities
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, and contact the receptionist when you arrive. Your journey into LE DHEVA Spa starts with our receptionist who will guide you through the Spa’s separate male or female wet area where you can enjoy our cleaning and restorative treatment such as sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Our therapist will then escort you to the treatment rooms designed for any type of treatment.

Recommendations for the use of Spa facilities
• Please shower before using the facilities.
• Use of the steam or sauna room is recommended for no more than 5 minutes at a time.
• To lower your body temperature, relax in the cool Jacuzzi for at least 2 minutes after the steam or sauna room.
• Return to the steam or sauna room if desired and follow with a cool Jacuzzi or a cold shower.It is advisable not to use the steam or sauna room or Jacuzzi if you have any of the following conditions:
High or low blood pressure, Pregnancy, Heart problems, Breathing problems, Claustrophobia, Varicose Veins, Ruptured Capillaries,
Treatment Check list:
• Please remove any jewelry and keep it in the room’s deposit box in the closet
• If wearing contact lenses, please remove them prior to a facial treatment.
• Men are advised to shave prior to a facial treatment.
• We request that gentlemen wear swimming trunks for spa treatment. However, disposable underwear is also available on request.
• Please avoid exposure to the sun immediately before or after spa treatments.

Le Dheva Spa offers four secluded rooms with luxury bathtubs along with other facilities. Our signature treatment the LE DHEVA massage, our most comprehensive massage, combines long, rhythmic strokes with warm, aromatic essential oils in order to bring about a harmonious symphony of relaxation. Moreover, our spa has an array of luxurious oils and beauty products to choose from that will definitely cater to your high standards. We also offer free personal consultations in order to recommend treatments that will help you optimize your experience at Le Dheva Spa.

Cancellations
At least a three-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations less than three hours. And for less than one hour, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Please do not eat heavy meals at least 30 minutes prior to a massage or body treatment, and please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment

No smoking and refrain from using mobile phones
Please do not smoke in or around the LE DHEVA SPA. Our spa is a whisper zone, so please switch your mobile phone off or leave it on silent when in the spa area.
